Job Description

The main responsibility of this role is to manage customer relationships, analyze data, and drive loyalty programs to enhance customer satisfaction. You will be required to develop personalized marketing strategies that focus on customer retention and growth. Your educational background should include Graduation or Post Graduation qualifications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop store sales plans and quotas in line with business goals. - Monitor metrics such as Gross Margin, SOH, Segment & Brand mix, and Discount management to align with business strategy. - Establish and maintain production, quality, and customer service standards. - Recommend product lines and ensure the right merchandise mix. - Drive sales, margin, shrink control, inventory management, and cost optimization. - Manage commercials and ensure statutory compliance. - Lead and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets. - Identify and nurture talent for key positions. - Address customer feedback to enhance service and processes. - Keep abreast of competition and handle customer escalations. - Organize local events and promotions as per the marketing calendar. - Cultivate a culture of being "Customer Obsessed" to prioritize customer centricity. Key Performance Indicators: - Business Management metrics like Gross Margin, SOH, Segment & Brand mix, and Discount Management. - Brand share and Paper/card VM Implementation in Finance. - Achieve targets such as Nos-TGT Vs Ach, RCP, Attachment, EOL. - Enhance Customer Experience through VOC participation, score, SQA, complaints, and Loyalty cards. - People Management and Business Acumen, including profitability and competition awareness. - Drive Jio Business activations, recharges, and CAF Rejections.
