Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all B2B and VIP clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Respond promptly to client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits. Sales Support & Follow-ups: Follow up with clients on new product inquiries, quotations, and orders. Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure timely delivery. Share product images, catalogs, and updates regularly with clients. Order & Delivery Tracking: Maintain a database of all inquiries, quotations, orders, and dispatches. Provide customers with regular updates on order status and delivery timelines. Resolve issues related to delays, changes, or complaints. CRM Software & Reporting: Manage customer data using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Excel, etc.). Track communication history, preferences, and special requests. Generate weekly/monthly reports on client activity, satisfaction, and sales pipeline. Marketing & Communication: Send promotional messages about new collections, exhibitions, or festivals. Collect client feedback and pass it to relevant departments. Help organize client visits, meetings, or online presentations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or CRM (preferably in the jewelry or luxury industry). Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic knowledge of gold, Polki, and diamond jewelry. Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools. Polite, persuasive, and customer-centric attitude. Preferred Skills: Experience with B2B jewelry clients (domestic or international).
