Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in Indore. The role involves managing customer relationships, offering sales support, analyzing customer data, and overseeing projects to enhance customer satisfaction. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and maintain high levels of customer engagement and retention. Qualifications Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills Excellent Analytical Skills Effective Communication abilities Proficiency in Project Management Experience in customer service or sales environments Ability to work on-site in Indore Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
