Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a position in the Founders Office. The individual will be responsible for supporting the founders in day-to-day operations, coordinating with different departments, conducting research, and providing executive assistance. Key tasks include managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling communication on behalf of the founders.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in research and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Experience in office management or executive assistance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
