HubSpot Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage & optimize
HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hubs
to support business goals.
Ensure
data hygiene, cleaning, deduplication & normalization
within HubSpot.
Build & deploy
workflows, dashboards, and reports
to enable revenue teams.
Collaborate with operations & analytics teams to align business needs.
Maintain & implement
third-party integrations
(e.g., Eventbrite, Referral Factory).
Provide
L2 support
for HubSpot-related issues and perform insight mining.

Required Skills:

Hands-on
HubSpot admin experience
(Marketing Hub & Sales Hub).
Strong in
data quality management
(deduplication, cleaning, normalization).
Good understanding of
CRM & marketing automation platforms
.
Proficiency in
Excel / Google Sheets
and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
(Nice to have) Experience with
HubSpot Operations Hub
.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
HubSpot Sales Hub & Marketing Hub Certification (Mandatory).
HubSpot Operations Hub certification is a plus.

Experience:

4–8 years in CRM administration / marketing automation / revenue operations.
Proven success working with
cross-functional teams
.
