Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM systems, analyzing customer data, and developing strategies to enhance customer relationships. Daily tasks will include maintaining customer records, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of our CRM strategies to improve lead conversion and customer retention.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Project Management abilities
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Excellent Communication and Sales skills
  • Experience Go High Level and Klaviyo
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
