Role Description Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and promptness. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Track and follow up on leads, bookings, payments, and documentation. Generate and analyze CRM reports to support decision-making and improve customer engagement. Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through the post-sales process. Ensure timely communication with clients regarding project updates, milestones, and handovers. Support marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives using CRM tools. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer data. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in the real estate sector . Familiarity with In4velocity CRM software is a strong advantage. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
