Job Description

Position: Customer Relationship Management Specialist Experience: 3-6 Yrs Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. The candidate will also be responsible for payment collection/recovery from the aligned clients. Understand customer requirements and offer tailored IT Hardware rental/lease solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely responses to customer inquiries. Track and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service offerings. Assist customers in managing their accounts, billing, and contract renewals. Develop regular reports on customer engagement and satisfaction metrics. Skills Required: Upto 6 yrs experience in customer relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively. A customer-first attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service. Familiarity with CRM software and tools. Knowledge of IT hardware services and leasing models is a plus. Show more Show less
