Candidate will be responsible for Business development for different IT hardware
Candidate will be responsible for end-to-end customer engagement.
Candidate will be responsible for payment Follow-ups, Account Management and Service Call handling.
Candidate will be responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
Candidate will be responsible to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Candidate will be responsible in cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
Candidate will be responsible to regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications.
Candidate will be responsible in maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential inventories with the clients
Candidate will be responsible for responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Skills required:

Graduate with 3+ Yrs of experience in B2B Business Development, preferably into ERP/ SAAS/ IT Solution Sales
