Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition efforts and drive global sales in Web Development and Digital Marketing Services.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of lead generation, client interaction, sales strategy, and team management, with a proven ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling, online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.), SEO, and social media.
Qualify, nurture, and convert leads via email campaigns, follow-ups, and effective communication.
Prepare proposals, process orders, follow up on payments, and close sales.
Handle both new and existing clients to ensure long-term relationships and client retention.
Lead and motivate the sales team by setting targets and reviewing performance regularly.
Collaborate with internal project teams for smooth project execution.
Plan and execute email campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
Analyze industry trends and adapt business development strategies accordingly.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Handle corporate-level marketing and participate in high-level client presentations.

Requirements:

5 7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in IT services).
Strong understanding of selling web services and digital marketing solutions.
Proficiency in lead generation via platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, etc.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Team leadership experience is a must.
Ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Goal-oriented mindset with proven sales success.
