The Associate Property Manager will support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations for assigned properties. This role involves assisting in the management of residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments—ensuring they are well-maintained, cost-efficient, and deliver a high standard of service to occupants and stakeholders.

• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing property operations including maintenance, security, housekeeping, landscaping, and utilities.
• Coordinate with contractors, facility teams, and vendors for scheduled maintenance, repair work, and emergency response.
• Monitor service quality and enforce SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance with outsourced vendors.
• Respond promptly to tenant/resident concerns, inquiries, and service requests to ensure high satisfaction.
• Help manage property budgets, track expenses, and support preparation of financial and operational reports.
• Conduct periodic inspections of buildings, amenities, and common areas to ensure safety and functionality.
• Assist with tenant onboarding, move-in/move-out processes, and documentation.
• Maintain property records, lease agreements, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Support event coordination, community engagement initiatives, and amenity usage.
• Work with the legal and finance teams on rent collection, arrears follow-up, and documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, ability to call, connect and interact with potential clients.
• Strong computer skills, including Office Suite (MS Word, Power Point & MS Excel).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
