Job Description

Company - Elysium Technology Private Limited

Job Purpose

To build and maintain strong relationships with customers, handle queries and concerns promptly, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth through effective communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, accounts, etc.) to resolve customer issues quickly.

Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and promote repeat business.

Prepare and present regular reports on customer feedback and service quality.

Contribute to improving customer service processes and policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or any related field.

0–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or sales support (freshers can apply).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English and Tamil).

Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
