InnerKraft is looking for a skilled Sales Specialist to join our young and enthusiastic team. Job Location: Behala, Kolkata (Work From Office) Nature of Employment: Full-time (10.30 am to 7.00 pm) Job Overview: As a Sales Officer focusing on B2B sales, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the educational sector. You will be responsible for driving sales through hunting process. One have to establish and nurture relationships with colleges and educational institutions. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of making mental wellness accessible to students nationwide. Responsibilities: Identify and Target Prospective Clients: Research and identify potential colleges and educational institutions that would benefit from our services. Develop a robust pipeline of prospects. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Customize your approach to align with the needs of different institutions. Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong relationships with key decision- makers at educational institutions. Understand their needs and present tailored solutions to address their challenges. Present and Demonstrate Services: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our mental wellness services to prospective clients, highlighting the value and impact of our offerings. Negotiate Contracts: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company. Close deals that align with our business objectives. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition. Report on Sales Performance: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the Sales Manager. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement. What are we looking for in you: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education or mental health sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as required. Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Backend Operation & Admin Executive to manage data entry and backend updates for our app and also attending admin responsibilities of the our tech based Organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that our content, features, and user-facing experiences remain current, consistent, and functional. A good command of English and computer skills is a must Key Responsibilities Enter and update structured data into the backend of the InnerKraft app (e.g., counselling materials, program materials, prompts, psychological resources, etc). Maintain accuracy and consistency in text formatting, tagging, and categorisation. Perform routine checks to ensure data is correctly displayed in the app interface. Work closely with the psychology, product, content, media, and tech teams to coordinate updates. Identify and report bugs or inconsistencies in content flow or formatting. Follow version control and naming protocols to ensure smooth collaboration. Support onboarding of new app content, modules, or features as required. Must look after the Admin responsibilities of our organization Requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Extensive Excel knowledge Basic familiarity with web/app dashboards or CMS platforms. Comfort with handling large sets of structured text/media or content entries. Ability to follow instructions, naming conventions, and workflows consistently. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in data entry or content operations is a plus. Preferred (Not Mandatory) Interest in mental wellness or experience working in a startup environment.
