InnerKraft is looking for a Clinical/ Senior Psychologist to join our young, enthusiastic, and dynamic team.

Job Location: Behala, Kolkata (Work From Office)

Nature of Employment: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Provide Counselling and therapy
• Research and development of engaging psychology related resources and content
• Designing & delivering awareness programs and workshops
• Strategizing, training & implementation
• Contributing to the strategic vision of InnerKraft – assisting in short-term and long-term goals of the company

What are we looking for in you:

• Must have a Bachelor's in Psychology + M. Phil. in Clinical Psychology (Regular Mode)
• RCI Licensed would be preferred.
• Working experience from any mental health organization/ hospital/diagnostic center is preferred.
• Work experience: 4 - 7 years (Must have documented experience with past payslips and past appointment letters.) Freelancing experience will not be considered.
• Should be well versed in MS Word and MS Excel
• Good communication skills in English (speak+read+write)
• Must be able to speak and understand Bengali and/or Hindi
• Must have in-depth domain knowledge of Psychology
• Tech-savvy
• Open-minded, self-driven and motivated
• Eye for creativity and innovation
• Freshers must not apply

Pay: ₹354,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
