InnerKraft is looking for a skilled Video Specialist to join our young and enthusiastic team.

Job Location: Near Taratala, RIC Compound, Behala, Kolkata (Work From Office)

Join our creative team as a Video Specialist! You'll be shooting and editing exciting content in various locations, from our office and workshop to outdoor and offsite locations. If you love bringing ideas to life and working in a dynamic environment, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video footage in diverse settings (studio, office, workshop, outdoor, offsite)
• Set up lights, cameras and audio equipment for optimal recording
• A good understanding of light and handling of equipment.
• Edit video and audio content with precision and creativity
• Removing unwanted elements from the Video & Audio
• Add animations and motion graphics to enhance video productions
• Conduct photography sessions and edit photos as needed
• Design engaging graphics for various media

Requirements:

• Passionate about and experienced in video shooting and editing
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Skilled in handling mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio/sound equipment
• Experienced with motion graphics and graphic design
• Proficient in video and audio editing software
• Strong graphic design skills
• Knowledge of using relevant AI media tools.
• Expertise in taking videos and editing in Seminars and interviews.
• Must be expertise in Figma.
