Why This Role Matters
As GoKwik continues to expand its eCommerce enablement stack, the Implementation team plays a key role in onboarding, enabling, and empowering our merchant partners. This role is at the intersection of product, engineering, and merchant success — responsible for gathering requirements, implementing SaaS solutions, and supporting merchants with integration and product adoption. You’ll be the tech enabler who ensures merchants derive maximum value from GoKwik’s solutions.
What You’ll Own
Product Implementation & Integration
- Collaborate with D2C merchants to gather requirements and create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Implement GoKwik’s SaaS products across platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento
- Support integration via APIs, SDKs, and ensure smooth onboarding and go-live
Technical Customer Support
- Serve as the technical point of contact for merchant teams during and post-integration
- Troubleshoot implementation issues across web, iOS, and Android
- Assist with tagging tools (Google Ads, Facebook Pixels) and other analytics integrations
Internal Collaboration & Feedback Loops
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to improve merchant experience
- Share feedback and insights to drive product improvements and scalable processes
- Manage multiple merchant projects and prioritize work to meet business timelines
Merchant Experience & Enablement
- Deliver prompt and clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure merchants are set up for long-term success with GoKwik’s suite of products
- Monitor implementation milestones, escalate roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing Implementation Engineer or Integration Support role
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento integrations
- Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with ad tech tools like Google Ads and Facebook Pixel
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong multitasking and project management skills
