Customer Engagement Manager

As a Client Engagement Manager at NatureNurture, you will play a crucial role in strengthening and expanding our partnerships with premium schools in India and abroad. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, overseeing onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring retention and growth of partnerships, resolving issues effectively, and collaborating with various internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to the unique needs of each school. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of schools, building trust with school leadership teams through regular check-ins, review meetings, and feedback sessions. By closely monitoring school usage, engagement metrics, and performance data, you will identify opportunities for upselling and introducing new programs to meet evolving school needs, thus ensuring long-term retention and growth of partnerships. Your role will also involve managing the onboarding process for new client schools, coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely and high-quality solutions, and creating implementation plans customized to each school's requirements. In addition, you will act as the point of escalation for any concerns or service issues, working closely with product and content teams to ensure swift and effective resolution. Collaboration with academic trainers, curriculum specialists, and logistics teams will be essential to align school expectations with delivery timelines and contribute valuable client insights for ongoing innovation and refinement of our educational programs.
