NatureNurture, India's leading curriculum development organization, is currently in search of a dynamic Educational Program Implementation Leader to play a crucial role in revolutionizing education within our partner schools. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a deep passion for education, demonstrate innovation, and boast a solid background in curriculum implementation. As the Educational Program Implementation Leader, your main responsibilities will include overseeing the seamless deployment of NatureNurture's learning programs in partner schools. You will be tasked with customizing programs to suit the specific needs and contexts of each school. Additionally, you will be responsible for training educators on innovative instructional strategies and ensuring the effective use of curriculum resources. Providing ongoing support and coaching to teachers to guarantee successful program adoption and execution will also be a key part of your role. In terms of monitoring and evaluation, you will be expected to develop and implement evaluation tools to measure program effectiveness. It will be crucial for you to regularly assess program outcomes and make data-driven adjustments to enhance performance. Moreover, you will engage with school leaders, teachers, and parents to foster a supportive learning environment. Conducting workshops and professional development sessions for educators will be essential in your role. Leadership and management will also be a significant aspect of your responsibilities, as you will lead a team of curriculum specialists and coordinators. You will be required to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the timely and effective delivery of programs. Key Result Areas (KRAs) for this role include achieving a minimum 90% satisfaction rate among partner schools regarding program implementation, ensuring at least 85% of teachers report improved instructional practices within the first year of program deployment, conducting a minimum of 50 hours of training sessions per school annually, achieving a certification rate of 95% for teachers trained on the new curriculum, tracking and reporting a 20% improvement in student performance metrics within the first year, facilitating quarterly meetings with school leaders to review progress and address challenges, developing and distributing monthly newsletters to update stakeholders on program developments, introducing at least two new instructional strategies or tools each year based on feedback and research, and continuously refining the curriculum based on the latest educational research and classroom feedback.,
