Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact between the client's business and IT teams, ensuring clarity and alignment in all communication. - Understand and interpret customer requirements to create actionable plans and drive them through to closure. - Manage and nurture long-term relationships with banking customers, ensuring satisfaction and continuous engagement. - Coordinate internally with technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables. - Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions to strengthen engagement and trust. - Facilitate meetings, requirement workshops, and progress reviews with stakeholders. - Track deliverables, timelines, and SLAs to ensure all commitments are met. Requirements: - 5-8 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in banking or fintech domains. - Proven ability to manage and translate business requirements into actionable IT deliverables. - Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
