General Manager - Sales and Marketing

We are currently representing a client involved in the Manufacturing of Thrust Bearing and Carbon Bushes, who is in search of an experienced and dynamic General Manager of Sales and Marketing to oversee sales and marketing activities for both domestic and export markets at their Coimbatore location. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and broadening the customer base. Key responsibilities include business development, sales strategy development and leadership, marketing strategy formulation and implementation, customer relationship management, performance analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing export sales up to 100 crores and demonstrating proficiency in marketing within India. The role necessitates strong leadership capabilities, effective communication skills in English and Hindi, a successful track record in revenue growth and brand enhancement, proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities, and prior experience in leading a team comprising 15+ representatives locally and globally.
