Job Description


Role Summary


We are hiring two Customer Engagement Specialists to be the voice of our brand. You will be responsible for managing all customer communications—from making sales calls to managing our social media DMs. Your goal is to convert leads and provide outstanding customer support.


What You'll Do


• Make outbound sales calls to new and existing leads.

• Answer all inbound calls to assist customers and close sales.

• Manage all direct messages (DMs) and comments on Instagram and Facebook.

• Respond to all inquiries on WhatsApp Business.

• Track all conversations and lead statuses in our company records.


Who You Are


• An excellent communicator with a professional, confident speaking voice.

• A flawless writer (strong grammar/spelling) for social media replies.

• Tech-savvy: Expert user of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.

• Highly organized and able to multitask effectively.

• Patient and empathetic with a sales-driven mindset.

• Fluent in English and Hindi
