Order Punching: Efficiently input orders into the system to ensure accurate processing.
2. Order Following from End to End: Monitor orders from initiation to completion, ensuring all steps are followed correctly. 3. Ensuring Maximum Support for Digital Platforms: Provide comprehensive support for digital platforms to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. 4. Follow‐up on Timely Deliveries: Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and follow up on any delays. 5. Stock Accuracy Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain stock accuracy to prevent discrepancies. 6. Smooth MSP Operations: Oversee Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations to ensure they run smoothly. 7. Reporting of Complaints: Document and report any complaints received to facilitate resolution. 8. Organize Delivery: Coordinate and organize delivery schedules to ensure timely distribution. 9. Maintain and Issue Accompaniments: Ensure all necessary accompaniments are maintained and issued as required. 10. Maintain Inventory at Optimum Level: Keep inventory levels at an optimum to meet demand without overstocking. 11. Proactive Information to Customers in Case of Issues: Provide proactive updates to customers if any issues arise. 12. Maintain Stock Accuracy: Continuously monitor and maintain stock accuracy. 13. Issue Lens Delivery: Manage the delivery of lenses to ensure they reach customers promptly. 14. Daily Communication Across Various Platforms: Communicate daily via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp to ensure effective coordination and customer service.
