Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist at Criteo, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer support to our clients. You will engage with clients through various channels such as emails and platform live chat, ensuring clear and effective communication. Your role involves assisting clients in navigating and utilizing the Criteo Advertising Platform: Commerce Growth by developing and implementing appropriate support materials. In addition to delivering top-notch operational service to clients within defined SLAs, you will showcase your prioritization skills. Your analytical abilities will be put to use to comprehend campaign KPIs, and you will actively track customer support efficiency metrics to achieve both individual and team goals. Utilizing a CRM platform, you will address client inquiries ranging from simple access issues to complex technical bugs. Collaboration with the Account Strategy team is essential, and you must know when to escalate strategic customer requests for resolution. This position is based in Gurgaon, India, with shift timings from 12:30 PM IST to 9:30 PM IST. To excel in this role, you should possess fluency in English and have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. Client centricity, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and effective time management are crucial attributes. You must be skilled at simplifying complex concepts to demonstrate value to clients and be proficient in using various platforms and tools like Excel, Salesforce, and internal systems. A strong technological acumen coupled with a passion for technical knowledge will be advantageous in delivering exceptional results in a dynamic environment.
