Job Description

As a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Specialist at Redaptive, your role will involve working directly with customers to resolve their issues and ensure their needs are met with Redaptive's solutions. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and customer-first problem-solving skills will be essential in delivering best-in-class support experiences. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Customer Support:** - Empower the Customer Care team to efficiently address customer issues by communicating effectively, resolving issues, answering questions, and assisting with needs. - Resolve customer issues promptly with empathy and a sense of urgency. - Track and communicate updates on ongoing customer issues. - Provide RMA support as needed, coordinating with product manufacturers for warranty and non-warranty parts. - **Account Management:** - Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. - Develop strong client relationships and understand their needs and preferences. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs thoroughly. - **Collaboration:** - Collaborate effectively with teams across Redaptive to find optimal solutions for customer issues. - Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to address customer needs and enhance the customer experience. - Assist the Finance team in preparing and submitting service billings and invoices as per customer contracts. - **Continuous Improvement:** - Propose, design, and implement effective solutions to ambiguous problems. - Stay updated on industry trends and Redaptive's product offerings. - Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills. - Contribute to the development of customer service policies, procedures, and standards. - Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize existing processes. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong customer empathy and passion for customer service. - Sense of urgency in resolving customer issues promptly. - Adaptability, flexibility, and excellent problem-solving abilities. - Organized with attention to detail and ability to drive tasks to completion. - Excellent presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. - Ownership and accountability for assigned tasks. - Ability to identify opportunities for process optimization. - Passion for Redaptive's mission of transforming resource consumption for a sustainable future. - Experience in customer support environment for at least 5 years. - Experience in Lighting, HVAC, electrical, or related industries preferred. - Proficiency in Salesforce, Sitetracker, Asana, and Microsoft Suite preferred. - Ergonomically correct work-from-home setup, open to a hybrid work environment in Pune, Maharashtra.
