Customer Support Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the Customer Support team to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle escalations effectively and provide timely resolutions for both domestic and international customer queries.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize team performance.
  • Proactively identify potential customer issues and take corrective actions to prevent escalation.
  • Ensure the team maintains high-quality communication and provides a seamless customer experience across all channels.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze team performance; prepare KPI reports and recommend improvement plans.
  • Train, guide, and mentor team members for skill enhancement and career development.
  • Manage customer calling activities and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain daily reports and submit weekly action plans with next steps.
  • Oversee new service dispatches (e.g., Shree Maruti), track performance, and suggest measures for improved efficiency.
  • Conduct customer behavior analysis, follow up on potential leads, and support conversion into sales.
  • Prepare reports, analyze call trends, and lead the support function with a solution-oriented approach.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage domestic and international clients with professionalism.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of customer support tools, CRM systems, or helpdesk software is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Education:

Bachelors degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
