Job Role and Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounts, bookkeeping, and ledger entries. Handle invoicing, billing, purchase orders, and payment tracking. Prepare and manage GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Coordinate with external auditors, CA firms, and tax consultants. Maintain payroll records in coordination with HR and payroll systems. Track inventory and costing in coordination with operations team. Manage petty cash and expense reports. Reconcile bank statements and supplier/vendor accounts. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial records and reports. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com/M.Com or related) Experience in Tally, Zoho Books, myBillBook, or similar accounting software Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation rules Working knowledge of Excel and financial reporting Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and integrity in financial documentation Nice to Have Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Ayurvedic or Personal Care sector Knowledge of Payroll or similar tools Experience in managing accounting for eCommerce platforms Work Culture & Perks Opportunity to grow with a passionate and driven team Flat hierarchy and open communication Performance-based growth opportunities Flexible environment with ethical and value-based leadership Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
