Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Male) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across different communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and chat support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services in a professional manner.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, sales, etc.) for order status, replacements, and refunds.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel/Shopify.
  • Ensure follow-up with customers for query closure and feedback.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets (response time, satisfaction score, issue resolution).
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the senior team when required.

Requirements:

  • Male candidate preferred.
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support/telecalling/CRM handling.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi (added advantage).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and patience while dealing with customers.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
