We are looking for a proactive MBA-qualified HR Executive to support our growing team and company culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads.
• Manage onboarding process, documentation, and induction programs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Maintain a healthy workplace culture and resolve employee concerns.
• Plan and implement employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and code of conduct.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Assist in payroll preparation and statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, etc.).

4. Performance Management

• Assist in setting KPIs and tracking employee performance.
• Coordinate periodic performance reviews with department heads.

5. Policy Implementation

• Ensure all HR policies are communicated and followed.
• Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• MBA in Human Resource Management .
• 1–2 years of HR experience (preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail sector).
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
