Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive located in Hyderabad. The Customer Relationship Management Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving customer retention. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, analyzing customer data, working on customer retention strategies, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to analyze customer data
• Experience in Customer Retention and enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Sales skills and ability to collaborate with the sales team
• Ability to work on-site, located in Hyderabad
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial
