Salary:13000 - 15,500 in hand without deductions

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and ensure a smooth customer experience across calls, emails, and chats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer queries promptly.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Record customer interactions in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Customer service experience (preferred).
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure.
