We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Resolve complaints, escalations, and service issues in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or software tools.
Provide product/service information and assist customers in placing orders or resolving tracking issues.
Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, sales, etc.) to resolve customer issues promptly.
Achieve daily/weekly performance targets such as response time, satisfaction rating, and resolution rate.

Skills & Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Customer-service mindset with patience and empathy.
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email etiquette).
Prior experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory).

Qualifications

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
Prior customer support or call center experience is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,240.35 - ₹18,485.30 per month
