Explain project details, plot locations, pricing, payment plans, legal documentation, and other related information to prospective customers. Assist customers throughout the booking process and guide them on the necessary documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with sales, legal, and operations teams to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently. Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions. Support the sales team by arranging site visits, scheduling appointments, and providing backend support when required. Keep updated with the latest real estate market trends, project launches, and legal norms related to land and property.
