Job description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries (calls, emails, and walk-ins) regarding real estate plots and provide prompt and accurate information.
Explain project details, plot locations, pricing, payment plans, legal documentation, and other related information to prospective customers.
Assist customers throughout the booking process and guide them on the necessary documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with sales, legal, and operations teams to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
Support the sales team by arranging site visits, scheduling appointments, and providing backend support when required.
Keep updated with the latest real estate market trends, project launches, and legal norms related to land and property.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good knowledge of real estate plots, land terminology, and basic legal processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care/service in the real estate industry with exposure to plots/land sales.
