Role overview & Key responsibilities:

The CSR Project Coordinator will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives aligned with the organization’s sustainability goals and partner requirements. The role involves coordination with internal teams, implementing partners, and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and impact measurement of CSR projects.

Project Planning & Implementation

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of CSR projects — from proposal development to on-ground implementation.
• Liaise with NGOs, corporate partners, and internal departments for project planning, approvals, and compliance.
• Ensure alignment of projects with company CSR strategy and legal guidelines under the Companies Act, 2013.

Monitoring & Evaluation

• Track project progress through field visits, reports, and partner reviews.
• Support in developing project monitoring frameworks, KPIs, and impact measurement tools.
• Prepare periodic progress reports, documentation, and case studies highlighting key outcomes.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain relationships with implementation partners, community stakeholders, and government agencies.
• Facilitate communication between corporate teams and NGO partners to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Support CSR events, volunteering initiatives, and awareness campaigns.

Budgeting & Compliance

• Assist in project budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with CSR regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.

Communication & Reporting

• Draft proposals, concept notes, MoUs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support in developing communication materials, impact stories, and social media content around CSR activities.

What we're looking for:

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Sustainability, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in CSR project management, NGO partnerships, or development programs.
•  Strong understanding of CSR regulations (Schedule VII, Section 135 of Companies Act, 2013).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (regional language proficiency is a plus).
• Ability to multitask, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and manage timelines effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools preferred.
