We are looking for a highly skilled Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of user behavior, and a passion for improving website performance. As a CRO Specialist, you will analyze website data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase conversion rates. You will work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to create and execute A/B tests, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations. Your role will be crucial in helping us achieve our business goals by optimizing the user experience and driving more conversions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze website data to identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion rates.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to implement testing strategies.

• Create detailed reports on test results, performance metrics, and user behavior insights.

• Make data-driven recommendations to improve website design, user flow, and content.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as bounce rates, time on page, and conversion rates.

• Stay up-to-date with CRO industry trends, tools, and best practices.

• Implement website changes including copy, design elements, and functionality adjustments based on test outcomes.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including surveys, interviews, and heatmap analysis, to understand customer behavior.

• Optimize landing pages, product pages, and user funnels for better engagement and conversion.

• Ensure website is fully optimized for mobile and tablet users.

• Use advanced web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg) to track and analyze user performance.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues impacting website performance and conversions.

• Develop and maintain a testing roadmap aligned with business goals.

• Communicate insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders through detailed presentations and documentation.

• Work with developers to implement technical changes to improve website performance and functionality.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.

• Continuously improve testing methodologies for more effective results.

• Provide training and support to team members on CRO principles and practices.

• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CRO Specialist, preferably in the e-commerce industry.

• Strong understanding of website optimization, user behavior, and A/B testing frameworks.

• Expertise in using analytics and testing tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, or similar platforms.

• Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and tools like Figma.

• Experience in analyzing heatmaps, session recordings, and user feedback tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively share insights with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
