Position Overview

Field Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate New Business

    : Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities through field visits, networking, events, and proactive outreach.
  2. Client Engagement

    : Meet with prospective clients to understand their business needs, offering tailored demonstrations of how our CRM platform can provide value.
  3. Product Presentations & Demos

    : Deliver compelling and customized product presentations and demos, addressing specific use cases and challenges for each client.
  4. Manage Full Sales Cycle

    : From lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, you will manage all stages of the sales process to drive revenue growth.
  5. Build Strong Relationships

    : Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and potential upsell opportunities.
  6. Collaborate Across Teams

    : Work closely with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams to execute sales initiatives and ensure customer success.
  7. Maintain CRM Records

    : Keep detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system of all sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
  8. Stay Informed

    : Keep up with product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings to ensure you are providing clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.

Requirements

  1. Experience

    : 25+ years of field sales experience, ideally in SaaS (CRM or B2B software).
  2. Proven Track Record

    : Consistent success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving business growth.
  3. Strong Communication Skills

    : Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  4. Experience Selling to Executives

    : Proven ability to sell to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  5. Sales Methodologies

    : Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks.
  6. Self-Motivated

    : Highly self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in achieving sales targets.
  7. Travel Ready

    : Ability to travel within your assigned territory for client meetings and events.
  8. Education

    : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Nice to Have

  1. CRM Tool Experience

    : Familiarity with CRM platforms
  2. Mid-Market or Enterprise Sales

    : Experience in selling to mid-market or enterprise-level clients.
  3. API & SaaS Implementation Knowledge

    : Understanding of API integrations and SaaS implementation cycles to provide clients with full-service solutions.
