About the Role

CRM Sales Manager

Candidates must be from the automobile industry only


Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Manage and nurture relationships with retailers, distributors, and workshops.
  • Ensure timely communication, query resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records (KYC, purchase history, credit limits, etc.).

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive repeat orders; upsell & cross-sell automobile spares/accessories.
  • Analyze sales trends and create territory growth strategies.
  • Track daily orders, outstanding, follow-ups, and conversions.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM dashboards, sales pipelines, and customer-wise performance.
  • Coordinate with accounts for credit notes, payments, and overdue reminders.
  • Share daily/weekly MIS reports with management.

Process Improvement

  • Identify customer pain points and work with teams to fix gaps.
  • Implement structured workflows for follow-ups and after-sales support.
  • Enhance communication to minimize customer escalations.

Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with sales executives, collection teams, and warehouse staff.
  • Support field teams with customer insights, product information, and leads.
  • Ensure smooth dispatch, delivery, and order tracking.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in automobile spare parts/accessories CRM or sales — MUST be from the automobile industry only.

  • Strong knowledge of engine oil, lubricants, filters, car spares, and accessories.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP tools (preferred: Tez ERP, Tally, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multiple queries, follow-ups, and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
