Role Overview: As a CRM Manager in the real estate sector, your main responsibility will be to manage client relationships, oversee post-sales processes, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will be crucial in coordinating with different teams to provide seamless customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture client relationships from sales to post-sales stages. - Address customer complaints promptly and effectively to improve satisfaction levels. Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth transaction processing. - Update and maintain client records accurately in the CRM system. - Enhance customer experience by collecting feedback and implementing best practices. - Support in organizing customer engagement activities, events, and loyalty programs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Prior experience in CRM, customer service, or sales support, preferably in the real estate industry. - Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce, Zoho, or a similar platform. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong multitasking abilities and effective handling of client escalations. - Knowledge of real estate processes, documentation, and regulations would be advantageous.
