Job Description

JD for Support Engineer Location: Sanand Gujarat Roles and Responsibilities: Handling of Support Tickets using a CRM Tool. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed SLAs; follow up to ensure resolution. Addressing L1 and L2 levels of incidents. Conducting Web Training. Do a proper escalation of the issues report at the client site. Work in coordination with the Engineering & QA team to resolve issues. Available to work on weekends and holidays on a rotation basis, and should be able to handle queries independently and provide resolution. Flexibility in working remotely. Key Skills: Strong Communication Skills Proficient in MS Office Good working knowledge of Linux and Unix is a must and MongoDB Knowledge of Hardware & Networking will be a plus. Should have used tools like Win SCP, Putty, Tortoise SVN, Team viewer. Basic knowledge of PLC is preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year Shift: Day shift Work Location: In person
