Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Project Description:
We're looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our technology team and support the management of secure, scalable cloud hosted applications across multiple clients and regions. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, performance, and compliance of our client application environments, which underpin key financial systems and services.You'll work closely with our cloud SMEs and client teams, meeting SLAs, maintaining high standards and resolving incidents.

Responsibilities:
Application support, including incident and problem managementProactive monitoring and health checksMaintaining runbooks to ensure they are up-to-date and correct, allowing effective support processes to functionWork in shifts alongside the rest of the team members

Mandatory Skills Description:
Working within cloud environments (AWS, Azure)Application support including ITIL processes
