Infinite Labs Digital | Remote Position Overview We're seeking a dynamic Creative Strategist to lead our creative vision and drive innovative campaign concepts that deliver measurable results. You'll be the strategic mastermind behind our creative output, working closely with our video editors, graphic designer, and video production specialist to transform data insights into compelling, viral-worthy content that drives business growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Creative Direction Develop comprehensive creative strategies for multi-platform digital campaigns (social media, digital ads, e-commerce platforms) Analyze client industries, target audiences, and competitive landscapes to inform creative decisions Create detailed creative briefs and campaign concepts that align with business objectives Guide the team on what types of ads, content, and videos to produce based on performance data and market trends Campaign Concepting & Development Design creative concepts that break through the noise in today's attention economy Develop viral content strategies that maximize engagement and shareability Create compelling narratives and messaging frameworks for diverse client industries Plan seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand refresh initiatives Cross-Platform Content Strategy Optimize creative approaches for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Amazon, etc.) Develop content calendars and campaign timelines that maximize impact Ensure brand consistency while adapting creative execution for various channels Design A/B testing frameworks for creative elements to optimize performance Client & Team Collaboration Present creative strategies and concepts to clients with confidence and data backing Collaborate with video editors, graphic designer, and video production team to execute concepts Translate business objectives into actionable creative direction Provide ongoing creative guidance and feedback throughout production process Performance Analysis & Optimization Monitor campaign performance and adjust creative strategies based on data insights Analyze engagement rates, conversion metrics, and audience feedback to refine approaches Stay current with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging creative formats Document successful creative formulas and frameworks for future campaigns Required Qualifications Experience & Skills 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, or digital marketing Proven track record of developing successful creative campaigns that drive measurable results Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising ecosystems, and content trends Experience with performance marketing and data-driven creative optimization Portfolio demonstrating viral content creation and multi-platform campaign success Technical & Analytical Competencies Proficiency in creative brief development and campaign planning Understanding of video production workflows and creative asset requirements Familiarity with advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) Basic knowledge of design principles and video production processes Experience with analytics tools and performance measurement Personal Attributes Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Data-driven mindset with creative intuition Collaborative team player who can lead creative direction Passionate about staying ahead of digital marketing trends Preferred Qualifications Experience working with supplement, healthcare, or e-commerce brands Background in viral marketing or content that has achieved significant organic reach Knowledge of Amazon advertising and marketplace optimization Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles Previous agency experience or work with diverse client portfolios Application Process Please submit your resume, portfolio, and a brief cover letter explaining: Your most successful creative campaign and its measurable impact How you would approach developing creative strategy for a supplement brand launching on social media and Amazon Your vision for creating viral content in today's digital landscape
