Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting:

   Create and maintain detailed financial reports across different business units, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• QuickBooks Management:

   Assist with day-to-day QuickBooks operations, including data entry, invoicing, reconciliations, and generating financial statements.

• Excel Reports & Analysis:

   Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and prepare insightful reports for leadership decision-making.

• Administrative Support:

   Assist in day-to-day business operations, such as scheduling, managing documents, and coordinating between departments.

• Task Management:

   Help with general business tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and workflows remain organized.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel Skills:

   Strong proficiency in Excel, including functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

• Experience with QuickBooks:

   Previous experience with QuickBooks or similar financial software.

• English Proficiency:

   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Attention to Detail:

   Ability to work with large volumes of data and ensure accuracy.

• Organizational Skills:

   Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-Solving:

   Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in financial reporting or business operations.
• Familiarity with other business software tools (e.g., Google Sheets, CRM platforms).
