About the Role

We’re on the lookout for young, social-native creative thinkers who know how to make the internet stop scrolling.

If your brain speaks in hooks, memes, and viral moments, and you can turn trends into thumb-stopping content, you’ll fit right in.

As a Creative Strategist, you’ll be the mind behind social ideas that people not only like but share. You’ll work closely with design, video, and marketing teams to make Zupee’s voice stand out in the digital chaos.

What You’ll Do

• Dream up and execute social-first ideas for campaigns, topical moments, and everyday content.
• Track and decode trends, memes, and internet behavior to build content that travels fast.
• Write scroll-stopping copy, captions, hooks, scripts, and ideas that hit the sweet spot between smart and fun.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to bring ideas alive, from rough concepts to polished Reels.
• Keep an eye on what’s performing (and why) to sharpen creative strategy continuously.
• Experiment with AI tools and new formats to push creative boundaries.

Who You Are

• A writer first, with ideas that naturally live on social.
• Obsessed with Instagram, Reels, and what makes something go viral.
• Culturally tuned in to memes, trends, music, creators, and pop culture.
• Confident in creating in a fast-paced, social-first environment, from ideation to posting.
• Hands-on with new tools like AI, editing, or trend-mapping platforms.
• Have a good sense of humor, aesthetic, and a knack for disrupting
• Curious, witty, experimental, and unafraid to try something weird that might just blow up.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience at social-first agencies and content creation
• Have worked on digital native brands known for pop culture content
• Have created something that actually went viral (we’d love to see it).
• Can self-shoot, edit, or create short-form content independently
