Creative Strategist

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for contributing to the success of brands in the luxury/hospitality market through your expertise in marketing and advertising. Your role will involve multitasking, managing multiple campaigns/brands, and demonstrating a strong self-starting attitude. Key responsibilities and qualifications include: Key Responsibilities: - Research, conceptualize, and execute creative campaigns and content solutions to achieve brand objectives and enhance market distinctions. - Present best practices, case studies, and strategies to clients and team members. - Innovate new engagement and awareness strategies on social media/digital platforms. - Plan, strategize, and execute campaigns for clients, focusing on recognition and brand value. - Develop monthly content calendars for brands, including creating innovative content marketing tactics. - Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction across the organization. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in social media marketing, advertising agency roles, or similar positions. - Previous experience in a Creative or Digital Agency is preferred. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as social media, websites, content production, scripting, search, and influencer marketing. - Demonstrated success in ideating and executing benchmark campaigns. - Experience in driving integrated marketing campaigns is a plus. - Creative writing experience is an added bonus.
