We’re looking for creative-first Marketing Operations who can think like content marketers and execute like campaign managers. This role is at the intersection of creative storytelling and marketing operations. While your daily work will involve uploading and optimizing ad campaigns, the mindset we’re hiring for is creative curiosity people who can spot trends, think in hooks, understand audience psychology, and contribute to creative decisions.
You’ll work closely with Copywriters, Video Editors, and Marketing Leads to ensure our ad campaigns go live with quality, speed, and purpose.
● Collaborate with copywriters and video editors to get ad creatives finalized on time.
● Upload, launch, and monitor campaigns on Meta, Google, and other ad platforms.
● Track daily performance, optimize spends, and ensure campaign uptime.
● Conduct weekly retro calls with creative teams to share insights on winning ads.
● Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to meet creative delivery timelines.
● Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and campaign ideas.
● Maintain and update performance dashboards, ensuring data accuracy.
● Identify trends, hooks, and formats that are working well across platforms.
● Creative-first mindset: You think in stories, visuals, and ideas that connect with people.
● Content background: Experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital storytelling.
● Strong understanding of short-form video content, engagement psychology, and ad hooks.
● Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
● Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or other ad platforms (training will be provided).
● Ability to work in fast-moving teams and adapt quickly to feedback.
● Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across geographies and time zones.
● 1–3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media Management, or Digital Advertising.
● Hands-on experience creating or managing digital content (Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok-style short-form preferred).
● Strong writing, visual thinking, or storytelling skills.
● Bonus if you’ve worked in performance marketing, influencer campaigns, or brand content before.
● You’ll be part of a creative-first performance marketing team, not a traditional operations desk.
● You’ll learn the entire lifecycle of ad creation — from idea to campaign delivery to performance feedback.
● You’ll work on vernacular-first brands reaching millions across India.
● You’ll get exposure to both creative strategy and data-backed performance marketing.
● Timely execution of creative plans.
● Campaign uptime and optimization accuracy.
● Quality and speed of feedback loops to the creative team.
● Creative iteration cycle efficiency and adherence to spend plans.
