Creative Strategist

As a User Acquisition and Retargeting Creative Strategist at SciPlay, you will play a crucial role in developing high-performing campaigns and improving app store conversions through App Store Optimization. Your creative strategies and creatives will be the driving force behind growth, engagement, and retention. You will need to balance your analytical skills with creativity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze creative performance to measure effectiveness and identify resonating creatives. - Develop data-driven creative strategies and concepts tailored to products and audience insights. - Experiment with new creative approaches while optimizing existing ones. - Write data-driven and creative ad briefs. - Conduct creative testing to gain insights and apply them to production. - Research competitors" strategies and gaming trends for innovation opportunities. - Collaborate with UA, RT, and ASO teams to align strategies with marketing goals. - Ensure product features are reflected in the creative strategy by working closely with game teams. - Review concepts and ads with the Art Team to execute the creative strategy effectively. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills. - Creative thinker with the ability to generate multiple messages and concepts from insights. - Attention to detail. - Knowledge of social, gaming, analytics, and advertising industries. - Experience or genuine interest in game design. - Understanding of UA, RT, and ASO strategies (an advantage). - Experience in overseeing creative campaigns to align with strategies (a plus). - Agency experience (an advantage).
