Alchemist in Mumbai is currently expanding and is seeking individuals with 2 to 5 years of experience in Brand Solutions / New Business Development to join their team full-time. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an advertising agency or a media background (e.g., print, radio, digital, outdoor, television) focusing on revenue, advertising sales, or brand solutions. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role. The primary responsibilities include networking with clients from various sectors to develop integrated marketing solutions, including AOR pitches, digital marketing strategies, and special projects. Your main duties will involve: - Scheduling meetings and engaging with senior executives at the CXO level in different industries such as Chairman, MD, CEO, COO, CMO, CFO, CIO, CPO, CHRO. - Identifying potential clients and collaborating closely with the brand/creative solutions team on received briefs. - Generating new leads and monitoring competitors. - Maintaining a strong pipeline to achieve targets. - Participating in agency pitch presentations alongside the senior Alchemist team. - Providing branding solutions and brainstorming ideas based on client briefs. - Conducting research and developing marketing strategies based on pitch requirements. - Creating compelling presentations.
