Job Summary The Creative Head will be responsible for driving the brand’s creative strategy, overseeing content creation, and ensuring the highest quality visual and storytelling output across digital platforms. This role includes leading a team to execute compelling Paid Ad creatives, Social media campaigns, and Video content that enhance brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in brand storytelling, performance-driven creative strategy, and digital content production. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) include Define and execute a data-driven creative vision aligned with business goals. Develop and maintain branding guidelines, storytelling frameworks, and design consistency. Ensure all creative assets align with the brand’s positioning, tone, and target audience. Develop high-performing ad creatives for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and LinkedIn. Ensure each platform has tailored ad creatives for maximum impact. Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align creatives with campaign objectives. Lead the content strategy for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. Oversee the production of short-form and long-form videos, reels, carousels, and interactive posts. Create engagement-focused social media content that boosts brand visibility. Work with influencers and brand advocates to drive user-generated content (UGC). Manage and mentor a team of designers, video editors, and content strategists. Work closely with performance marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative strategies with revenue goals. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and data-driven creativity. Oversee scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, and post-production. Ensure high-quality promotional, educational, and testimonial video content. Adapt video content strategies for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok). Stay updated with AI-driven content tools, AR/VR storytelling, and new-age design trends. Implement interactive content strategies to enhance user engagement. Manage the creative production budget efficiently and optimize cost while maintaining high-quality creative output. Ensure timely execution of campaigns within allocated budgets. Qualifications & Skills ✅ 5+ years of experience in creative leadership roles (preferably in media, advertising, or edtech). ✅ Strong portfolio showcasing paid ad creatives, social media campaigns, and video storytelling. ✅ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, AI-driven design tools, and video editing software. ✅ Experience in A/B testing creatives for performance marketing. ✅ Strong knowledge of social media trends, paid ad formats, and growth hacking strategies. ✅ Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
