Job Description

· Manage and maintain the COO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. · Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the COO, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality. · Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required. · Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. · Arrange domestic and international travel plans of Study MEDIC, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation. · ensuring the front office environment is well-maintained. · Act as a liaison between the COO and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination. · Assist the COO with special projects, research, and any additional tasks as assigned. · Preferring female candidates.
