Creative Director

Key Responsibilities

• Define and uphold the

  creative vision and direction

  for the K.R. Mangalam Group across branding, digital, print, motion, and interactive projects.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a

  multidisciplinary creative team

  including graphic designers, copywriters, art directors, and UX/UI designers.
• Collaborate with founders, marketing, and strategy teams to

  translate briefs into powerful, engaging creative work

  .
• Drive

  brand strategy, growth initiatives, and management

  , ensuring consistent positioning and identity across all platforms.
• Take ownership of

  campaign execution and outcomes

  , ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
• Work hands-on on

  Figma, UI/UX, digital campaigns, and design systems

  , while also guiding team processes and best practices.
• Present and articulate creative ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Stay ahead of

  design trends, technologies, and emerging platforms

  to maintain a competitive edge.
• Review and approve all creative deliverables to ensure

  quality, consistency, and brand alignment

Requirements

• Proven experience (10+ years) in a

  creative director role

  within a design agency, higher education, or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing

  conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, successful campaigns, and digital/UX work

  .
• Excellent

  leadership, mentoring, communication, and presentation skills

  .
• Mastery of

  Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant creative tools

  .
• Deep understanding of

  branding, user experience, digital media, and print production

  , with the ability to link creative work to

  business growth

  .
• Ability to

  manage multiple projects

  in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A degree in

  Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
